We are Brocco on the Park – boutique bedrooms and neighbourhood kitchen – in the heart of south-west Sheffield.
Brocco Kitchen serves a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu of fresh, wholesome food to hotel residents and walk-in customers seven days a week. The cafe has 50 covers inside and 40 outside on our parkside terrace.
We’re looking to recruit an experienced customer service professional to help us deliver five-star experience to our hotel guests and diners. You should have a qualification and/or equivalent experience in a customer-facing/waiting role, ideally in the hotel/restaurant/gastro-pub sector.
A positive, can-do attitude coupled with the ability to anticipate guest needs is essential, and you’ll be willing to learn, as well as understanding the basics of great service.
You’ll work well in a team, stay cool under pressure and communicate expertly with customers and colleagues alike. Flexibility is needed as you’ll be working across Brocco’s hotel, informal restaurant and bar operations.
Your skills and duties
The role is full-time, based on a 5 out of 7 day working week including daytime, evening and weekend work.
