Part-time kitchen assistant – 16 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a hard-working and reliable individual who has previous experience as a kitchen assistant in a professional kitchen. You should also have cleaning experience and basic food preparation skills.

Your skills

• Excellent at cleaning, with a keen eye for detail
• Basic food preparation
• Organised and efficient
• Good communicator with a positive attitude
• Keeps a calm head in stressful situations
• Flexible in your approach to work

Your duties

• Washing up, cleaning and removing rubbish
• Pot-washing and operating the dishwasher
• Prepping food
• Helping with kitchen deliveries, checking off and storing them correctly
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised, in line with food safety and health and safety policies and procedures
• Communicating with the team in a polite, efficient manner

Working pattern

The role is part-time, 16 hours per week and includes daytime, evening and weekend work.

Part-time housekeeper – 16 hours per week

About you

We’re looking to recruit an experienced housekeeper to help us deliver a five-star experience to our hotel guests.

A positive, can-do attitude coupled with the ability to anticipate guest needs is essential, and you’ll be willing to learn, as well as understanding the basics of great service and immaculate cleaning. A great eye for detail and determination to acheive the best possible results in our rooms.

You’ll work well in a team, stay cool under pressure and communicate expertly with customers and colleagues alike.

Your duties

Assisting with all aspects of housekeeping within the hotel.

Your skills

  • Excellent cleaning and organisational skills
  • Flexibility
  • Determination and hard work
  • Basic maintenance skills would be helpful!

Working pattern

The role is part-time but does include weekend work. Days and times to be determined by shift patterns up to 16 hours weekly. Start time 9 – finish by 3 pm
