The breakfast chef at Brocco kitchen is responsible for the delivery of a fresh, homemade breakfast to our hotel residents and local customers. Being one of the top ten places to eat brunch in Sheffield it is vital we keep up our high standards of food delivery and presentation in our busy restaurant.
You will have at least a level 2 in cooking and at least 2 years experience in a fast paced kitchen. An interest in pastry is desirable.
The job hours are 6.30 am to 3.30 pm, 5 days out of 7. With 28 days holiday, a work based pension scheme and additional tips. The team is small, friendly and professional. We pride ourselves on our fresh cooking, our many awards and great customer service. We want a new team member who is proud of their skills and wants to learn more. You need to be flexible, very reliable and love an early morning! The start date is as soon as possible.
